Hi, I’m Luna.
I spent most of my twenties working in corporate marketing and teaching yoga on weekends — convinced that if I just optimised harder, I’d feel better. At 28, my body made that impossible. Burnout, chronic migraines, the works.
That unraveling took years. The coaching I do now is the coaching I wish I’d had — slower, more honest, more embodied, less performative. It’s not a program. It’s a practice of remembering.
